Warranties:

All products are sold with the full manufacturer's limited warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies from date of purchase. Esend expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Esend in no way guarantees the compatibility of any merchandise we sell. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of any manufacturers' warranties.

Return Policy:

Replacements are allowed within 14 days after receipt of order. Esend reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective unit. Repair or replacement orders within our return policy will be shipped back to the customer by the same shipping method as the original order at no cost to the customer. Should the customer request any other means of shipping, involving additional charges, the customer will be responsible and billed for those charges. Shipping, handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer for the initial shipment, as well as the return shipment on all non-functioning merchandise.

Returns for Refunds on all non-defective equipment are allowed within 7 days after receipt of order. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same card. Shipping, handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer for the initial shipment, as well as the return shipment on non-defective merchandise. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number; (RMA) marked clearly on the return shipping-label. To obtain an RMA number please call Customer Service between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, EST Monday through Friday.

Merchandise returned for replacement or refund MUST be returned with all original manufacturer's packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The customer will be charged the cost of replacement for any articles missing from the original manufacturer's packaging.

Esend does not guarantee the compatibility of any merchandise we sell. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compatibility of any products we sell prior to purchasing.

Special Order Items may be returned for replacement only. No Refunds.

Open ink, toner cartridge and software sales are final and are non-refundable or returnable.

Service and Customized Charges are non-refundable.

Esend is not responsible for typographical errors.
