It is Esend's policy to maintain truthful accurate advertising, however we are not responsible for typographical, photographical, production or pricing errors. All pricing and services are subject to change without notice. Pricing and promotions do not include shipping or insurance.

Credit charges are not submitted until time of shipment. For your protection, we verify all credit cards for fraudulent use and fully prosecute violators. We ship only to a verified credit card billing address. Allow ten (10) days for shipping when paying by personal check. Please note that you may be required to pay sales and/or use tax to your resident state on direct response purchases. Contact your local and/or State taxing authority for more details and information. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein are being purchased for purpose of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.

Manufacturer warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the sole property of their respective owners. Esend reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
