Shipping Information
Domestic orders
Esend makes every effort to ship credit authorized orders received before
3pm EST Monday through Friday, the same day they are placed but makes no
guarantee. Orders take 12-24 hours to download, this means that
if you order a product and select a specialized shipping method such as
overnight, your order will ship as soon as it credit approves and clears our order
processing department. We may need to contact you to provide additional information
such as bill to/ship to verification to ship your order and thank you in advance for
your cooperation.
International orders to Canada
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a
shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you
should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from sandisk.com, you are considered the importer
of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in
which you are receiving the goods.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
